After 4-5 days of taking 3 capsules in warm warter with lemon, my BP went from 137/86 to 115/84. My diastolic did't decrease much, but it may take time. With the lifestyle change, this is the new me.

I started taking 3 capsules as recommended but my blood pressure was still high so I started taking 3 in the morning and 3 at night. My blood pressure was still high and I was so discouraged but then I reread the label and it said for chronic hypertension you can take 6 capsules at once and that’s when my blood pressure responded! Finally my blood pressure was 123/87 and I was just about to submit to going on blood pressure medication. Thank you and I am a believer!!!
