Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: (3-7 business days) – Starting at $[7.50]

  • Expedited Shipping: (2-3 business days) – Starting at $[10.20]

  • FREE Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.00 USD within the continental United States.

Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to high volume or carrier issues beyond our control.

2. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Weekend Policy: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Freshness Guarantee: Because our Sea Moss Gel is made fresh, orders containing gel may be shipped early in the week (Monday–Wednesday) to prevent the package from sitting in a carrier warehouse over the weekend.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

3. Order Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Vegan Life Moss ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We also ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.

5. Damages & Shipping Issues

Vegan Life Moss is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • For any concerns regarding your delivery, feel free to reach out to our team at [Your Contact Email].

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-send the item.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working hard to bring Vegan Life Moss to our international community soon!
