I take this product every evening after dinner. Within that time and waking up in the morning I have a smooth bathroom break and feel light, and energized after. I've even noticed that my skin is glowing differently and my Eczema seem to be under control noticeably; not sure of the impact of the product but im convinced that it has something to do with all that I've mentioned. Great product at a good value
