Since taking the blood purifying capsules (3 per day) I have literally gotten off my blood pressure medication. I am thrilled. I am going to take lipids several months from now to see if it is helping with my cholesterol levels.
I prefer the regular flavor, this purple sea moss is not the best, it's the taste for me. I didn't want to give it a low rating, but I had to be honest. Otherwise, the benefits of sea moss are awesome, it's just the purple brand that I'm having a hard time with.

I have been able to cut my blood pressure medication in half. I’m hoping my next visit I can get off of it. I’m also going to see if it has brought down my cholesterol levels when I do my blood work. I purchased for my mother as well to see if it helps with her thyroid. I am still waiting for our next appointments to see if we have further results. So far I am very pleased.

I bought this dried sea moss for the first time & have been drinking it for almost a month now & am LOVING IT!!!!! When I was washing it, product was very clean, didn't have a bad smell, blended smoothly after soaking for a couple of days & hardly has any taste.
