I started taking 3 capsules as recommended but my blood pressure was still high so I started taking 3 in the morning and 3 at night. My blood pressure was still high and I was so discouraged but then I reread the label and it said for chronic hypertension you can take 6 capsules at once and that’s when my blood pressure responded! Finally my blood pressure was 123/87 and I was just about to submit to going on blood pressure medication. Thank you and I am a believer!!!

I wasn’t fascinated on the idea of consuming blood pressure medication. My doctor switched my medications over 6xs do to me having brain fog, chest pains, dizziness, and headaches. I recently delivered a baby last year and developed Hypertension at the age of 40. Yes, my family has a history of hypertension but I’m willing to do something about my health without relying on Medication. I take the 6 tablets a day and so far my numbers are really good. I wish there was a stronger dose for those with the chronic issue so that we don’t have to consume as much but I am happy about my purchase and currently awaiting for my 2nd bottle which arrives this Monday.
Couple of months I found out that I had high blood pressure and I was prescribed medication to bring it down of course it didn't work. I've been taking blood purifier for about 3 months, before my blood pressure was an average 160/103. Since I've been using life moss, my range is around 135/97. Its a process, but it seems to be working.
